(206) 328-8048 f (866) 592-8490 dainen@spenceranderson.com Dainen’s practice emphasizes bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, real estate law, and federal tax law. He earned his B.A. in International Studies and French from Whitworth College and his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He also holds an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Dainen spent two years as the Managing Attorney of the Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver offices of Macey & Aleman, a national consumer bankruptcy law firm. Before joining Spencer Anderson & Buhr, Dainen was a sole practitioner handling a wide variety of bankruptcy, tax, real estate, employment, and juvenile dependency cases. Dainen is the 2008-2009 President of QLaw, the GLBT Bar Association of Washington. He is a 2007 Washington State Bar Association Leadership Institute Fellow, and he has served on the WSBA Professionalism Committee since 2007. His personal interests include travel and hiking.
